Today I went to see a play called Merciless Gods based on a book of the same name by Christos Tsiolkas. I cried during the two scenes after the break, as did a lot of other spectators.

I saw two rainbows today in the usual place.

When I first arrived in Melbourne, I had trouble appreciating the trams, but I started to see things differently when I saw an emergency services vehicle race up one of their lanes.
