Feb. 6th, 2019 09:57 amI am writing this from the comfort of my apartment, from the comfort of my flatmate's couch. I can hear a pigeon cooing, as it always does. I can hear the movement of cars from the street and some workmen talking. I can hear the clock on our living room wall ticking. There is no wind, so I can't hear the leaves. In a way, it makes me miss Korea. I feel like Korea had a lot of similar sounds.
I remember, when I was young, driving down the coast to Brisbane, I used to see kangaroos bouncing along in the fields beside the highway, but I didn't see any on the route down to Melbourne.
It's weird how my speaking French is affected by Korean, a language that is far distanced from French. Les devoirs de réponses only makes sense if you know 숙제의 답.
