I found out about breathing exercises on tumblr (probably). It goes like this. Relax your tongue against the back of your top teeth. Breathe in slowly and deeply, breathe out slowly and fully. Repeat until asleep.
When I first heard about this technique, I was like, nup you ain't got buckley's getting me to sleep with that. But since nothing else was working, I gave it a try, and friends, this technique is the closest thing in this world I know to magic.
